User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Privacy and Data Protection Commitment

eozore.com respects the privacy of all visitors and users, operating in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations and Meta Developer Policies (Facebook and Instagram).

In accordance with Meta Platform Rules, this page provides clear instructions on how you can remove the app integration and request the permanent deletion of your user data from our systems.

2. How to remove the application via Facebook

You can revoke application permissions at any time directly from your Facebook account settings:

• Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
• In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
• Find the application related to eozore (or Content Studio / Victor Zoré).
• Click the Remove button next to the app name.
• Confirm removal (you may also choose to delete posts or videos the app published on your behalf).

Once removed, the application immediately loses access to your account and cannot perform any further actions.

3. How to request permanent data deletion from our servers

If you wish to have all stored records, authentication tokens, or technical identifiers permanently erased from eozore.com servers, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to contato@eozore.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion.
• Include the email address or account identifier associated with your Meta authentication in the message.
• State your request for the complete deletion of your data and credentials.

Our team will process your request and respond with confirmation within 15 calendar days, providing a confirmation reference.

4. What data is deleted

Upon receiving your data deletion request, we permanently remove:

• User identifiers (User IDs) provided by the Meta Graph API.
• Encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens stored in Google Secret Manager.
• Publishing logs or scheduling metadata associated with your profile.
• Any temporary logs referencing your account ID.

We do not sell, transfer, or retain copies of your personal data once the deletion procedure is complete.
